We try to make the process to your marketing and design needs as easy and pain free as possible.

MARKETING PROCESS

THE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING PROCESS

It is our goal and mission to help create the right plan for your business to thrive and most importantly convert on Social Media!

LUXE MEDIA

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

During the initial consultation, we will cover which social media package is best for your business based upon your monthly budget and goals. Once payment is made we will move into the evaluation phase.

2. EVALUATIONS & PLANS

We will evaluate your current social media presence and create the right strategy and plan. For the monthly social media clients, a 90-day contract is created and signed by both parties to move into the implementation phase. For our Social Media evaluation clients, we will give the report, steps, and tools in order for you to take over your social media strategy.

3. IMPLEMENTATION

We will then implement the social media monthly plan to the appropriate social media channels.

4. REPORTS & FINDINGS

At the end of each month, we will send a report of findings and how our strategy is working. At the end of the 90 days, we will assess what worked and what needs to be tweaked. From here, all monthly clients can decide to extend their contract and revised social media plan.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Once you have made the decision to work with us, We will set up a time to chat. You can ask me any questions you’d like, and I’ll learn more about your business and what you’re looking for. When you’re ready to book your project, I’ll send you a contract and 50% deposit invoice to secure your place in our calendar.

2. PROJECT OUTLINE

The first step to your project will consist of completing a design questionnaire, which asks just the right questions to allow us to dig deep and discover what the goals for your project are. The design questionnaire’s link will be emailed to you.

4.REVISIONS

Once we have completed designing and developing we will send you your initial draft. You will receive a link to a private test site so you can see how your new website functions and looks. We will then look through everything together and make any final tweaks on your branding and collateral during this stage. Once your website development is complete, We’ll make any necessary minor changes then get your website ready for your launch day.

4.LAUNCH

After changes have been made and approved we will work on getting your website uploaded to your server. You’ll be able to ask me any final questions you may have. As a LUXE Media Marketing client, you'll have 2 weeks post-install support because we want to help you with questions you have after your launch. We also love to hear how our clients are doing and how your new designs are helping you grow your business.

Once we have completed designing and developing we will send you your initial logo concepts. You may then choose your favorite logo concept. We will then begin making any changes needed to get your logo just right Once your logo design package is complete, We’ll package up your design and get it ready for delivery.

4.LAUNCH
