We try to make the process to your marketing and design needs as easy and pain free as possible. Check out the processes for each of our services below to get a general idea of how we work.. If any of this confuses you please don’t hesitate to contact us with your questions.
Social Media Marketing Process
It is our goal and mission to help create the right plan for your business to thrive and most importantly convert on Social Media!
Always free! During the initial consultation, we will cover which social media package is best for your business based upon your monthly budget and goals. Once payment is made we will move into the evaluation phase.
The first step to your project will consist of complete social media evaluation where we will discover what you’re currently doing and how we can elevate it. We will provide social media packages that include itemized scope of work.
Once the social media package is confirmed, we move on to the implementation phase. This is where we execute our social savvy!
At the end of each month, we will send a report of findings and how our strategy is working. At the end of the 90 days, we will assess what worked and what needs to be tweaked. From here, all monthly clients can decide to extend their contract and revised social media plan.
LOGO AND BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN PROCESS
It is our goal and mission to deliver a design that you not only love but one that truly reflects what your business stands for as a whole.
Initial consultation is always FREE! Here we will discuss your goals, color palettes and ask questions about your initial vision. Next, we will send a design questionnaire to get more details.
The first step to your project will consist of completing a logo and brand identity design questionnaire, which asks just the right questions to allow us to dig deep and discover what the goals for your project are. The design questionnaire’s link will be emailed to you.
Once the design questionnaire has been returned to us we will begin the research and design process. Your design will be based on the information in the questionnaire in combination from our research and design skillz.
Once we have completed designing the concepts, we will send you your initial logo concepts. You may then choose your favorite logo concept. We will then begin making any changes needed to get your logo just right.
Once your logo design files have been created we will package it up and they will be delivared to you via Google Drive. This will contain all files necessary for web, socials, print and more.
Web Design Process
It is our goal and mission to deliver a design that you not only love but one that serves your needs and gives you a return on your investment.
Once you have made the decision to work with us, We will set up a time to chat. You can ask me any questions you’d like, and I’ll learn more about your business and what you’re looking for. When you’re ready to book your project, I’ll send you a contract and 50% deposit invoice to secure your place in our calendar.
We take a close look at your current website (or your ideas, if you’re starting fresh) to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where opportunities exist. This includes reviewing your layout, branding, messaging, and overall user experience to ensure everything feels cohesive and aligned with your goals. We will email a website design questionnaire to dive deeper into your goals.
Once the design questionnaire has been returned to us we will begin the research and design process. Your design will be based on the information you sent in the questionnaire as well as the information we gather in our research. Well website will be built on Luxe’s staging sites and will live there during the whole process until live launch day!
After changes have been made and approved we will work on getting your website uploaded to your server. You’ll be able to ask me any final questions you may have. As a LUXE Media Marketing client, you’ll have 1 week post-install support because we want to help you with questions you have after your launch. We also love to hear how our clients are doing and how your new designs are helping you grow your business!
